  • 5 workouts per week

    Customized training plan includes 5 different trainings per week consisting of warm-up, workout, cooling down

  • Results tracking

    You’ll have a chance to upload and save your body parameters such as weight, hips and waist width, etc. in your personal account in order to track your progress

  • Set your own goals for the month

    Set your own goals in order not to lose motivation on the way to transforming your body

  • Meal plan for every day

    A meal plan for everyday includes recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. The diet is designed in such a way that you will get most nutrients for your body

  • Access to all materials

    Absolutely unlimited access to the entire database of exercises and recipes within your subscription to the web service

  • Personal consultation
